Semiconductor Physics Laboratory
About Us
The Semiconductor Physics Laboratory is an experimentally oriented research unit principally addressing semiconductor - insulator heterostructures and semiconductor materials of reduced dimensions, with a main focus on interfacial electrical and structural properties in terms of traps and defects. The leading approach is synergetic combination of cutting-edge interface-specific experimental methods sensitive to local atomic structure, and both the extended and localized spectrum of electron states. The identification implies both charge, spin and structural atomic nature. Read more...
