Accommodation
Block reservations are made in several hotels of variable pricing and comfort level, all located in the city of Leuven and within walking distance from the conference site.
Participants are requested to make their own reservations directly with the hotels.
For each hotel a reservation form is available. The mentioned rates are guaranteed until the 7th of May 2012. After this date, bookings can be made according to availability.

As July is a busy month for tourism in Leuven, it is recommended to make hotel reservations as early as possible.
