- The conference will take place from July 8-13, 2012
- The abstract submission deadline for Hot Topic applications (oral presentations) is April 2, 2012
- The abstract submission deadline for Poster presentations is April 30, 2012 (post deadline contributions are accepted until May 10, 2012)
- The early registration deadline is April 30, 2012
- The late registration closes on June 30, 2012
